You can request deletion of your Track Eat Repeat account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how to submit a request and what data will be deleted.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: From the App (Recommended)
- Open the Track Eat Repeat app
- Go to Settings
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm your request in the dialog
Option 2: By Email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at privacy@trackeatrepeat.com from the email address associated with your account. Please include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When your account deletion request is processed, the following data will be permanently deleted:
- Account information: Your email address and authentication credentials
- Food tracking data: All food entries, meal descriptions, and consumption history
- Nutritional data: Custom foods, nutrients, and serving sizes you created
- Body measurements: Weight, body fat, and other measurement records
- Photos: All uploaded food and nutrition label images
- Preferences: Daily calorie goals, unit preferences, and other settings
- Subscription data: Subscription status records (note: active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through the App Store or Google Play)
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be removed and cannot be recovered.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once your account and data have been deleted.
Active Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions. To avoid further charges, please cancel your subscription through the App Store or Google Play before requesting account deletion.
